Refunds/Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking start time are subject to a full refund. As an example, if you booked a puja for the morning slot (6 am to 11 am) on August 15th 2018, in order to receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking by 5:59 am on August 13th.

We will not be able to provide any refunds for cancellations made after this deadline, we may, however, be able to extend you a one time courtesy to help you reschedule your booking for up to one month in the future, please contact us for that.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Customer No Show

No refunds will be given for a booking if the customer fails to show up on the booking date at the agreed upon time. If you are running late for any reason, please call us at your earliest convenience and we will try our best to get you accommodated, however, it will be subject to service provider availability. In case the service provider is not available later, we will not be able to issue a refund or reschedule your booking.

Cancellation Initiated by the Service Provider

While we handpick the most professional service providers, in case if they need to initiate a cancellation, we will try our best to assign your booking to another service provider of the same pedigree and caliber. In a rare case if no other service provider is available for the date/time of your booking, we will work with you to reschedule the booking, otherwise we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Service Provider No Show

We have strict guidelines for our service providers but in case the service provider doesn’t show up at the agreed upon meeting place, please give us a call asap and we will try our best to assign your booking to another service provider of the same pedigree and caliber. In a rare case if no other service provider is available for the date/time of your booking, we will work with you to reschedule the booking, otherwise we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping Policy –

We will ship your order within 72 hours from the time of order .
